If you peruse the same blog circle we do, you’ll have seen Lettercult’s best in Custom Lettering for 2009. The best part about this list (in our un-bias opinion *wink*) is that our Styrofoam cup typography is on page 3 about half way down. It’s no secret I have a soft spot for typography and sharing a list with likes of John Langdon, Marian Bantjes, and many more talents is a great honor. I strongly urge everyone to check out the list in it’s entirety.
Now, the title of this post is “Custom Lettering Lists.” While we may not have made Lettercult’s Top 10 Picks of 2009, Caroline over at Flavorwire felt differently. She really dug the Styro-letters and we made her Top 10 list along with so many other talented people. So, our thanks go out to Flavorwire and their fine taste in typography.
It’s always fun to make these lists and even better when people glean the list down, and you’re work is still on it.
