Well after stalling on several other attempts, I’ve been designing my first complete set of display characters. You can quietly follow their development over on this thread at Typophile, but I encourage you to jump in and suggest something. However, this isn’t the only thing we’ve been working on. We’ve been doing some trading with other blogs in the area. There will be more on that around the first part of March. We’ve also been doing a lot of administration, back-end blog type stuff trying to combat spam. Lastly, we’ve busy with taxes. Why can’t they be like they were back in 1959?
The most exciting development that’s happened is we were approached to design some wedding invites for our friends in Boston. We never really pictured ourselves doing wedding stuff, but this couple wanted something different. So, we’ve also been amped about working on sketches for their “Save the Date” cards. We even brought ourselves into the 21st Century and had a Skype video conference with them. We’re movin’ on up!
We just wanted to drop everyone a line and say we’re still here. We’re working on a few projects and just can’t share anything yet. They’re either not far enough along or just not ready for public view. Well, I’d better get back to the grindstone. Take care.
