Gory Bastard Typeface – DoubleTwo Studio
Whether you love or hate heavy metal (or any of it’s sub-genres for that matter), the band logos are out of this world. But I’d never do one. But now, DoubleTwo Studios made it so much more approachable with their Gory Bastard typeface. Not only do you get the cool lettering, but it also comes with a set of stock heavy metal symbols, some drippings, and a few pieces of ominous woods to top it all off. They even made a tutorial video with tips on how to make you next underground sensation a success. It this face doesn’t quite do the job, DoubleTwo also has Total Death and BlackMetal Warrior to round out their selection.
