We’ve reached a point where our imagination cannot be contained to one-of-a-kind prints and objects, so we got a shop. You can scroll down for a quick glance at what we offer, or just head straight over to Etsy and browse from there.

2010 Valentine’s Day Cards (Set of 5)

We try to do something for Valentine’s Day every year and 2010 was no exception. Kim chose to do something simple and sweet and I chose to question the symbol of cupid during Valentine’s Day. Cards feature a one color screen print on 100 lb Speckletone Madero Beach French’s paper. Blank on the inside. Cards measure 4.25″ x 5.5″ and are paired with red envelopes.
Up-Cycled Notepads

This notepad measures 9 1/2″ x 3 1/2″. The cover is made from a repurposed file folder and the image is a block print from wood type. We pulled from various sections of the block print to ensure that each print was different. This notepad contains 50 sheets of ivory typing paper that has been perforated for your tearing pleasure. In case the perforation wasn’t enough, we also included a piece of chip board that sits above the paper, but below the cover and acts as a hard edge to tear against. Everything is held together with two bronze book screws that allow you to refill and reuse this notepad to your heart’s content.
S’amuser Avec Le Français

This project is a set of five prints, each showcasing a different French idiom and each with it’s own distinctive flourish. The flourishes are inspired by the cover of this 1959 Dictionary we picked up awhile back. The prints measure 5.5″x4.25″. In gold ink, the phrases are screen printed on five different colors of French’s 100 lb cover stock. In all, there are 170 sets. Each set is wrapped in parchment paper and sealed with wax bearing the RageHaus monogram. The back of the package includes literal translations, which may seem familiar because these particular French idioms have similar English counterparts. Overall, my goal with this project was to create a playful juxtaposition between the decadent visual elements of the prints and the literal translations of the idioms. So, I welcome you to learn a little French, enjoy a touch of decadence and snicker at the absurd.
“Bright Ideas…” Sketch Book

The sketch book’s cover is a repurposed hanging file folder with a two color print. On the inside of the cover is a one color print designating an area to write who the book belongs to. Also, the first page of every book has another print that briefly describes one of the images on the cover.

The sketch book holds 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper and the cover measures 9 1/4″ x 11 1/4″. The “guts” of the book are made of 27 pages of French’s Bright White 65 lb cover stock and thrown into the mix are 18 pages pulled from a variety of publications and older books that include: a Women’s Journal (1970’s), Webster’s Dictionary (1959), Marvels & Mysteries of Our Animal World (1964), an old Flight Manual, stock photography books (1990’s) and an old art history book (1962).
When I first started developing the idea for the sketchbook, Kim suggested that I pepper in miscellaneous stuff along with the sketch paper. I thought it was a great idea and a great way to repurpose old, outdated books. Besides, I’ve always been inspired by random things I’ve found or stumbled across, and thought these pages would jump-start others’ ideas as well. All the pages were hand picked for their content and are different for each book. No two books contain the same page. I was able to compile 18 books when the day was done.

To top it off, the sketch book is bound with book screws so you can take out pages or add new ones when it’s full. We encourage the owner to reuse the cover time and time again. Use duct tape if you have to.
There’s going to be a lot of pictures dealing with these books, so we’ve given them their own Flickr collection. We’ve only got the a few up so far, but check back and the others will be added periodically.
Trust Me Poster

“Trust Me” (25″x19″) Screen Print on 100lb Speckletone Starch Mint
Limited set of 20 prints — Hand signed and individually numbered — Available in our Etsy Store
It’s old news that We (the United States) are in troubled economical times. The value of the dollar is down, debt is at an all time high, and bankruptcy is around every corner. I have personally experienced economical backlash through cut hours and uncertain employment. Thankfully, I don’t have a mortgage (it is a great time to rent). I’m the first to admit that I’m no genius when it comes to the economy, yet much like an ass, I have an opinion.
This print is a reaction to the handling of our nations money on all levels. The Peoples’ trust was betrayed. Short selling and 50 year mortgages are just a few of the financial loopholes exploited by accountants, lenders, brokers, and creditors.
The phrase on the top is written in our chosen political and financial vernacular, Latin. Meant to sound official and even mysteriously intimidating, the phrases literally translates to, “Hell calls to Hell” or “One Hell summons another” One bad deed leads to another.
The phrase at the bottom is most commonly the precursor to some sort of dubious or calamitous action. Meant to be reassuring, but often causing more unrest to the recipient.
The Government’s response to the money problem is ironically more money. Spend more, print more. And that’s exactly what we did, print more. Trust me, we do this all the time.
Zombie Jesus Mini Poster
Our Zombie Jesus print is just in time for Easter. Did Jesus come back as a zombie? Who knows, but while you ponder that question check out this print that is a spoof of the infamous 1978 Dawn of the Dead poster.
This two color print measures 7″ x 10.5″ and is screen printed by hand in our studio. Printed on 100 lb cover weight French’s paper in Speckletone, Madero Beach. Run of 50, numbered and signed.
